When you send an inquiry, we may collect your company name, your name, email address, optional telephone number, the type of accommodation you are looking for, the apartment you selected and the contents of your message.
For website security and reliable operation, the hosting provider may process standard technical log data such as an IP address, browser information and the time and address of a request. The contact form also uses a short-lived, pseudonymous identifier derived from the IP address to limit automated misuse. This identifier expires after no more than 10 minutes.
If you consent to statistics cookies, Google Analytics may collect a cookie-based client identifier, visited pages and interactions, session information, approximate location, and browser and device information. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, telephone numbers or contact-form messages to Google Analytics.
3. Why we process information

- If Google Analytics is enabled, user-level and event-level data will be configured to be retained for no more than 14 months. Aggregated reports may remain available for longer.
- Information forming part of contracts, invoices or accounting records is kept for the period required by law.
7. Your rights
Depending on the situation, you may have the right to access and correct your personal data, request deletion or restriction, object to processing, and receive data you supplied in a portable format. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
